Robertson Bell are proudly partnering with this charitable organisation in their search for their next Finance Officer to join their supportive and collaborative team.
This role is reporting into the Finance Manager and will be taking full ownership forprocessing all transactions on both the purchase and sales ledger.
The main responsibilities include:
- Being fully responsible for processing transactions for both sales and purchase ledger in a timely manner
- Preparing payments for payment runs on a fortnightly and monthly basis using an online banking system
- Completing bank reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly time frame
- Ensuring all bank transfer and credit card receipts are processed and recorded accurately and promptly
- Managing a shared inbox to answer queries

- At least one years' experience working in sales and purchase ledger
- Experience working in Sage
- Proficient skills in Excel including knowledge of VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
- The ability to be selfsufficient and use own initiative
- Great organisational and timekeeping skills
