CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a forward thinking, fast paced organisation located on the outskirts of Portsmouth, Hampshire, for the recruitment of a hardworking Finance Assistant.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and performing reconciliations in line with deadlines;
  • Assist with Year End procedures, preparing information for the external accountants;
  • Intercompany processes and aged debt reporting;
  • Accounts receivables raising invoices and reconciling against jobs and contracts booked;
  • Support the Finance Controller with adhoc projects.
  • Possess excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise work loads;
  • Ideally possess a minimum of 18 months experience gained in a transactional accounts role;
  • Be a team player and have an enthusiastic, handson approach towards tasks.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be successful in forging long lasting relationships;
  • The ability to adapt as the business continues to grow.
