The role in a nutshell:

Kin + Carta are now looking for a Demand Marketing Associate to join our European marketing team.

As a Demand Marketing Associate you will serve as a "Campaign Driver," someone who leads the execution of creative, digitally-driven demand generation campaigns and events, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing - Public Sector.

You'll operate in a fast-paced environment in a small and nimble team. You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on Kin + Carta and your career.

In this broad multidisciplinary marketing role, you'll support the critical execution of our demand marketing machine and will collaborate with stakeholders across all Kin + Carta locations in Europe, United States and Latin America.


What you can expect:

As this is a broad role with lots of variety, you'll need to be extremely adaptable.


You would be responsible for:

  • Assisting with Vertical Marketing Leads with the execution of the demand marketing strategy, plans and activities feeding into the overall marketing strategy and assisting in research, creation and daytoday delivery of activities in the plan.
  • Assist with the execution of accountbased marketing programs that are tailored to strategic accounts
  • Creating and executing campaigns against marketing team requirements.
  • Update, grow and nurture our CRM database to increase reach and engagement
  • Use our CMS to create, update and optimise content on our website pages
  • Analyse campaign data to share learnings with the team and optimise based on the results.
  • Support Vertical Marketing Leads with the development of creative digital campaign plans and working with our inhouse creative team to develop digital assets.
  • Events project management, logistics, ordering swag
  • Financial admin getting new suppliers set up, raising purchase orders,
  • Monthly reporting and analysis against KPIs

The type of person we'd like to meet:

  • Some previous experience within marketing whether that be from a degree or qualification or a similar Marketing Associate role
  • The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen curiosity for learning and eagerness to pick up new skills quickly
  • An energetic selfstarter with outstanding project management and organisational skills, has a performance marketing mindset and is highly analytical and motivated to support our growth marketing efforts
  • Interested in digital, future technology and marketing
  • Strong communicator and team player; able to demonstrate an ability to collaborate with senior management/stakeholders and team members alike.
  • Teamplayer and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
  • Results driven and selfdirected. You thrive in an unstructured environment and are happy to determine your own path in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or an equivalent, relevant field.
  • Experience working with a global, distributed team.
  • Experience working for a B2B organisation and/or within the technology industry.
