As a result of our growing client base, we have a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Technology Systems Analyst. This role is a key part of our internal and client-facing Support Services function, enabling the continued growth of the services providedby Avencia Consulting across our client portfolio
You will take on a leading role across a work stack of proactive and reactive technology projects aligned with our existing and prospective RPO and MSP clients.
Manchester Head Office based or remote / hybrid home / Manchester / London based.
Key accountabilities
Global System Administration
New client / project implementations
- Coordinating and leading the delivery of analysis, design, build, test, implementation and change projects.
- Translating complex data / processes into clear, workable solutions
- Projects will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders supported by a structured project plan
Project Management
- You'll lead a diverse range of technologyrelated projects, collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure deliverables are met.
- You'll manage discovery sessions, build out timelines for implementation, and ensure agreed processes, roles and responsibilities are executed and well documented.
Driving improvement and operational excellence
- Gaining an indepth understanding of operational procedures and cross functional teams will enable you to proactively work to find ways to continuously improve the services we deliver.
Identify new features and functionality
- Regular reviews of available resources e.g. Software product roadmap, release notes, webinars, market intelligence, administration guides, and online learning. You'll also play a big part in our ongoing search for new innovations to supplement our existingtechnology stack as we strive to add value and delight our customers.
Technology Adoption
- You'll consult with user groups to review behaviours, understand the user experience from their perspective, coordinate appropriate resources and recommend enhanced solutions
Skills & experience
- You'll have a good understanding of the full technology project lifecycle from initial discovery through to proof of concept, build, test, demonstration, sign off and live deployment
- Using project planning and sprint cycle techniques to manage your work stack, influence teams and drive activities.
- Qualifications: Global System Administrator (GSA) licence for an ATS preferred. Prince2 Foundation, ITIL or any other MS or CompTIA certification desirable.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required, and experience with Trello, Jira and Visio would also be beneficial. Knowledge of HTML code would be useful however this is not essential.
