We provide a comprehensive list of marine services for commercial and leisure vessels that are tailored to the customers needs.

The role will involve with working with all departments of the company, the public and contractors.


Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices promptly to customers.
• Accurately identify parts to fulfil orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt responses to customer queries and handle returns claims efficiently.
• Effectively manage returns parts stock to optimise inventory levels.
• Maintain meticulous records and filing systems.
• Conduct regular selfaudits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and streamline processes.
• Coordinate the movement and location of new/used parts and units.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment with care and attention to detail.
• Manage goods in and out processes efficiently.
• Process warranty claims promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the Service department to meet customer needs.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support operations effectively.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and processes is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience in shipping/receiving is advantageous.
• Ability to operate a forklift would be beneficial.

Working days are Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota.
