Site Supervisor Job Description


Duties:


  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects
  • Review schematics and blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, schematics, blueprint reading, and quality control standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
