Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation contracted to several market-leading automotive manufacturers.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Concierge & Campaign Administrator to join the team at The Stellantis Performance Academy in Coventry.


The Concierge team report to the Academy Operations Manager and play a key role in retailer engagement acting as a focal point of information for the retailer network, building strong relationships between The Performance Academy and its customers.

In this role you will tactically support topical business improvement for the Stellantis brands.

The role includes making outgoing calls to dealership staff to encourage engagement and participation on training events, which will ultimately assist in an individual's career progression.

You will also provide administration support to help launch and promote campaigns.


Main Duties

  • To provide Learning Management System (LMS) and administrative support to both the Stellantis Retailer Network, Internal personnel and the Performance Academy
  • Provide support with the planning and coordinating of Stellantis Events to include Brand Induction, Product launches and Attended training courses
  • To facilitate enrolling delegates onto training sessions and assisting with general enquiries
  • Carry out reception duties, including meeting and greeting delegates, signing in and sign posting as and when necessary
  • Support topical campaigning to the Stellantis retailer network
  • Promote and support the training curriculum to ensure effective course utilisation
  • The ability to enthuse training participants to engage in training
  • Any adhoc tasks in line with Performance Academy processes
  • Attend meetings as and when required, on occasion these may be offsite
  • To always represent the Performance Academy in a professional manner

  • Previous experience within a learning and development department (preferred)

  • Have an outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident personality, with a desire to engage with people
  • A proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Salary
£21,000-£25,000 per annum depending on experience, plus Company Car, 26 days annual leave and a fantastic Employee Benefits package (inc. High Street Discounts, Online GP, Welfare Scheme). Working hours Mon-Thurs 08:30-16:45, Friday 08:30-15:30. The position is full time office based in Coventry.
