We are looking for a Deputy Head of Catering Operations for this great position. Overseeing 8 venues for this exciting operator in Yorkshire.

Developing a team over multiple venues this position will involve the running of company's flagship events as and when they happen on key days, overseeing a team of venue managers, this role will often involve managing multiple events on the same day, and the role will cover all aspects of sporting catering from banqueting through to the retail catering side of things.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and culinary techniques
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficient in bartending techniques and beverage service
• Familiarity with restaurant management software for inventory control and scheduling

Salary:
£37,500.00-£50,000.00 per year
