Our ever-expanding Cardiff team, who are continuing to grow our market share, are looking to enrol a new member on to the IMPACT Academy, as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants.

Applicants with professional experience in education, sales, and recruitment will be considered carefully for the role, as will ambitious graduates. _

As part of the IMPACT Academy, you will access a training program supported by your team, your manager and a personal IMPACT mentor.

The sessions will include step-by-step guidance and equip you with all the tools and resources needed, to be a highly successful Education Consultant.

Initially, your responsibilities would include;

Achieving and exceeding weekly and termly targets/KPIs

Salary and Commission:

The benefits offered in return for commitment, experience, and achieving targets include generous, and annually reviewed, base salaries, market-leading commission structures paid from the start date, and the additional benefits listed below;

Annual Leave:

35 days paid annual leave (PLUS the 8 additional bank holidays) and significantly reduced working hours during the 13 weeks school holidays (Summer, Easter, Half-terms, and Christmas) The hours for the role are 7 AM-5.30 PM.

Progression with Tradewind:

As well as annually reviewing salary, we pride ourselves on internally appointing employees to management roles. And the nature of the IMPACT Academy has clearly defined parameters for progression, training and support.
