Multi-Trade Operative

Rate:
£22 per hour
Duration: 4 weeks

Void Council Properties
Our client prides themselves in delivering top-quality maintenance and refurbishment services to local councils. They are currently undertaking a project involving the renovation and repair of void council properties in Bristol.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative, ideally within the construction or maintenance industry
- Proficient in a variety of trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering
- Ability to work independently, problemsolve, and meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months
Salary:
£13.39-£20.28 per hour
