Software Test Lead - Flexible working

Software Test Leadwith excellent experience around software testing, test integration, and test implementation is required by a global organisation. Any experience in a test consultancy type role would be a bonus.**You will be responsible for planning and management of effective Testing and Integration programmes and requirements for a range of their clients. Now they have loads of projects in the pipeline, so are recruiting a number of people in this area.

You should have the following experience:


  • Great experience as a senior or lead software tester, leading on a range of software testing projects:

Mix of automated and manual testing experience:

Test Management experience:

-
You must have excellent stakeholder management experience:


  • Brilliant Communication skills is a must for this role:
-
Ideally experience in Continuous Integration using AWS, ADO & Jenkins for triggering automated tests when code is deployed.


As a
Software Test Leadyou shall advise clients on the best use of tools and frameworks through a combination of analysis, feasibility studies, proof of concept, estimation, implementation roadmaps, ROI, tool recommendations and personalinfluence to deliver Client needs.


  • You will advise clients on strategic and governance matters for introducing and improving testing and automation in their organisations.
  • Progress projects and teams from manual to automated testing, balancing development costs, execution speed, robustness and maintenance.
  • Governance, assurance and management and delivery each test phase, e.g. Systems Integration, Business Readiness, User Acceptance, Operational Acceptance Testing, as well as more specialist processes such as Live Payment Testing.
  • Develop a resource 'toolbox' to enable efficient reuse of testware across projects.


My client is a global company, with projects that are all over the world, however this role is UK based.

The role will be part in the office, part working from home. There will be the odd day or so on a client site, but any travel would be paid for.
