Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000, negotiable


In this role you will support the Managing Director, a driven and ambitious entrepreneur and successful businessman across all of his growing business interests, and potential new ventures.

The Managing Director is very busy and is looking for first-class organisational and administrative support from a hardworking, enthusiastic and positive personal assistant.

With full management of the Managing Directors diary and schedule, you will be a gatekeeper and ensure he is able to maximize his time in the office.

In addition, you will also manage all administration and organsiation to ensure he can work effectively at all times.


Based in amazing Head Offices in the West End, usual working hours will be Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, with out-of-hours on-call required.


Duties to include but not be limited to:

  • Extensive diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Travel arrangements, including cars, flights, hotels and agendas
  • Gatekeeping and managing all correspondence
  • Preparing meeting agendas and follow up to ensure all actions have been completed
  • Event organsiation and planning

Essential criteria:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA/ EA
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and grammar skills
  • Organised and proactive
  • Enthusiastic with a positive 'cando' attitude
  • Personable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident and able to communicate at all levels
