Our client is a US global law firm hiring a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join their team in London.

The function of this team is to ensure the firm meets all its regulatory requirements across the EMEA.


Reporting to the Director of Risk & Compliance, this position will be a key member of the team, focusing on SRA Standards and Regulations, governance, engagement terms, and DAC6, among other things.

Key roles and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Supporting on compliance projects and project workflows
  • Maintaining the risk register and tracking risk assessments
  • Developing metrics
  • Reviewing and drafting policies and procedures
  • Answering compliancerelated queries including engagement letters, DAC6, etc
  • Reviewing client and supplier terms
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory changes across all EMEA jurisdictions
