We wish to recruit a Business Support Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting a number of the main functions within the Haldane Fisher Regional Office.


Are you:

  • Willing to learn and develop?
  • A confident communicator, selfmotivated and a team player
  • Computer Literate?
  • Able to develop positive relationship throughout the business?
  • Willing and able to travel to other branches?

Key responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator:

  • General administration duties including cover of Sales overflow telephone line
  • Management of meeting calendar
  • Provide administrative support by taking meeting minutes when required
  • Collating and analysing data for various platforms used within the business
  • Support the marketing function of the business including social media
  • Meet and greet visitors to the Regional Office
The Business Support administrator should have experience of working in an administration role. You should be able to work well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
