Our client is a specialist Finance recruitment agency for the not for profit and wider public sector with offices in both Northampton and London.

They are now recruiting for an Operations Apprentice to come and join their fun, lively and professional Northampton team.

The purpose of the role is to support the Recruitment and Operations Team with various duties and be able to build long-lasting relationshipswith already established clients.


Key responsibilities:
The administration team manage temporary employees and your duties would include:

  • Invoicing and Payroll duties
  • Collecting all compliance documents for all Robertson Bell placements
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns, organising interviews, and creating job packs
  • Sending contracts to employees
  • Dealing with general enquiries and responding in a timely manner
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning and data entry
  • Meet and greet visitors at reception
  • Arranging travel accommodation for Managers

Person specification:
This is a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship supported
