£29,597 to £31,343 per annum

Please note first interviews are scheduled for the morning of 27th March and if successful second interviews will be held on the afternoon of the 30th March.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new member of staff to join the College People Management Team.

You'll be a real people person who is able to handle ever-changing priorities with ease and a superstar at planning and organising your workload.

Variety is key in our team and you'll be providing professional & confidential advice on an assortment of ER issues.


You must have:


  • A solid HR generalist background, with previous experience of sharing expertise and learning, ensuring consistency across the organisation
  • Ability to work on own initiative and decide priorities.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Your main responsibilities:


  • Provide advice and support on a broad range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, flexible working requests, conduct and performance.
  • Maintain a solutionsfocussed, flexible, creative approach to the provision of employee relations advice and guidance.
  • Ensure that guidance and advice at all times reflects and reinforces employment law, good practice, customer care and the provision of a highquality service.
  • Advise and support managers through informal and formal employee relations processes and at formal meetings and hearings as appropriate.
