OVERVIEW:


Northampton Saints are delighted to be offering the opportunity for an individual with an interest in performance analysis to join our team for a one-year industrial placement.

The individual will support the Analysis team in delivering services throughout the rugby programme.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Opportunity to learn alongside an established Analysis team committed to developing skills
  • Exposure to workflows throughout the analysis process
  • Practical experience with industry leading analysis software and technology
  • Access to resources to assist with academic projects
  • First hand exposure to the highperformance environment

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Highly motivated and organised with a demonstrable interest in understanding how performance analysis benefits the coaching process
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • IT literate with ability to utilise software to collate, organise and present data
  • Excellent personal time management skills, able to focus on priorities in the face of tight deadlines
  • A good team player, willing to take on other team roles when required
  • Enthusiastic approach to learning in a practical setting
  • Valid driving license is required
