Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chatbot Specialist to join our team.

As a Chatbot Specialist, you will be responsible for the design and development of chatbot systems that provide seamless and effective communication with our users, and ensure the chatbot's performance aligns with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop chatbot systems that utilize NLP and machine learning techniques to provide accurate and efficient user interactions.
Implement dialog management systems to handle user queries, maintain context, and generate appropriate responses.
Integrate NLP libraries, APIs, or frameworks to enhance language processing capabilities, including intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and language understanding.
Train and finetune chatbot models using machine learning algorithms and techniques, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
Conduct regular testing and evaluation of the chatbot's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements accordingly.
Collaborate with internal parties to ensure seamless integration of chatbot systems with existing technologies.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Chatbot Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful chatbot implementations.
Knowledge of NLP, machine learning, and dialog management techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Experience with NLP libraries, APIs, and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, Dialogflow, Rasa).
Familiarity with chatbot development platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
