Job Overview-

Working for Mitie with one of our most prestigious clients, this role will be exclusively working at Sky Studios Elstree, one of the UK's newest and most technologically advanced Film & TV production facilities.

Located in Borehamwood, it is the beating production heart for new Sky Originals and Hollywood blockbusters from NBCUniversal, hosting some of the biggest and most high-profile productions in the country, The pace is fast, the work is challenging, and no two shifts will be the same.

The studio lot and office space features cutting-edge technology, screening rooms, landscaped gardens and is set to be the world's most sustainable film and TV studio.

As an integral part of the on-site engineering team the role will require you to carry service desk out planned and reactive maintenance to the MEP infrastructure across site.

We want a team of committed problem solvers, with the attitude that the show must go on.

General duties to include the support and ownership towards are raising purchase Orders, approving to pay purchase orders on a periodic basis throughout the week, work with operational teams to schedule and plan tasks for operatives working on site, co-ordinate subcontractor reactive calls ensuring that calls are promptly responded to and closed off, general administration support across service lines, work Orders in Maximo/central files; to provide record keeping and visibility to the Client, Operations Teams and Management teams and administer filing for purchase orders, quotations, job packs for Invoicing, timesheets and work Record Sheets, etc.
