CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable business based in Fareham, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their small friendly finance team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, our client is looking for some to join the team as soon as possible.What will the Purchase Ledger role involve:
- Accurately process purchase invoices ensuring that authorising procedures are followed;
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up any differences;
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly payments;
- Process expense claims;
- Processing CIS invoices;
- Process monthly credit card expenses.
- Prior experience in a finance team including purchase ledger;
- Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
