Conference Producer with 1 year to 18 month's experience in B2B Conference Production?

Or maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial events?


A up and coming Conference organiser based in London is looking for a skilled
Conference Producerlike you to work on their portfolio of events for the Global markets.

As
Conference Producerspecialising in B2B Conferences you will be;

  • Working with inhouse thought leaders and speaking with industry experts to identify the market trends and hot topics
  • Writing compelling commercial copy and drawing up thought provoking programmes that offer interactive and innovative content sharing and networking opportunities
  • Securing high profile, hard to reach speakers, using clear, convincing, and persistent written and verbal communications
  • Preparing speakers, panellists, and moderators for the event, keeping detailed notes, and updating relevant documents and databases
  • Traveling to deliver events, working with design and technical teams to prepare the stage settings and provide a smooth run of show
  • Building your network, personal brand, and industry relationships to develop new opportunities for the events team and wider business


This London based events business produce B2B Conferences globally, so you will be joining a well-known brand with a strong foothold in the events market.

Working as
Conference Producer, you'll be earning
£28,000 - £35,000 (with a £5,000 to 7,000 bonus dependant on performance.)
