Mainstream primary schools in Southampton are currently looking for individuals with experience working with young people with challenging behaviours to support pupils on a 1:1 basic with behavioural difficulties.


Individuals with Team Teach, MAPA, CPI, or equivalent training are highly encouraged to apply, however this training is not necessary for this role.

The successful applicant will need to have an awareness of and experience with supporting children with behaviour difficulties.


Requirements:


  • Prior experience working with challenging behaviour (minimum 3 months)
  • Full time availability, as described above
  • Solid understanding of safeguarding in schools, or be willing to undergo our training provided
