An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic community cardiac rehabilitation team as a band 4 BACPR instructor. We are looking for an enthusiastic exercise professional with cardiac experience and knowledge.

If you are motivated, organised and have a passion for empowering your patients and helping them to achieve their goals then this could be a role suited to you.

You would support the Physiotherapy team in the delivery of exercise. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an engaged and grateful group of patients. The Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Service in Rotherham provide assessment and treatment for patients post MI, revascularisation and heart failure.

The Cardiac physiotherapist team work closely with the Cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses in providing education and exercise programmes to patients.

We offer a 'menu-based' approach to rehabilitation, working with our patients to identify an individualised pathway of care and may deliver sessions at Breathing Space, clinics, patients' homes, in groups or one to one settings.
