Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service is given.
- Building positive relationships and providing competitive quotes.
- Identifying additional sales opportunities and moving through to completion.
- Liaising with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotes.
- Using online portals to organise and set up loans.
- Making adjustments to existing insurance policies to suit customer requirements.
- Focus on motor fleet and liability policies.
Requirements
- A minimum educational standard of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grades A
- C (or equivalent)
- Strong IT Skills with the ability to learn new software
- Sales focus, along with clear and professional telephone manner
- Friendly and persuasive communicator who can build relationships easily
- Strong organisation and problemsolving skills
- Previous Insurance experience advantageous but not essential
