Traffic clerk required for busy transport office based in West Swindon

Day Shift shifts on, 4 shifts off.

Duties include Debriefing drivers answering phone calls. Customer service dealing with any queries with regard to delivery time slots and rescheduling.

Must have attention to detail and have a great telephone manner and enjoy working within a busy team environment.
