Description
Careermakers are looking for a pro-active Machine Operator to join our long established family business.

The role entails working on various machines such as shredders, granulators, balers and Agglomerators.


Requirements:

Fork Lift Truck license.

Good work ethic

Problem solver

Pro-active mindset

Enjoys working as a team.


Further training given after initial probation period of 6 months.


First Aid, Fire Marshall, Health & Safety Level 2, Banksman training and depending on where you would like to progress within the company, then we also look towards IT Skills and Team Leadership.

On successful completion of probation period, rate of pay will increase automatically by 3%.

Further rate increases are dependent on good attendance record, dedication and further training adding to qualified skill set.

Probationary starting wage could be discussed if already holds relevant experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour
