About the Role
We are looking for a positive and proactive Electrician who enjoys working with customers to join our multi trade team.
You will be required to undertake all aspects of electrical work on a range of works, which will include both occupied and vacant properties.
The purpose of the job is to provide an outstanding, "right first time" service to customers, by providing a flexible and efficient response to deliver a wide range of building maintenance and improvement work.
About You
You will have significant experience in the built environment with evidence of delivering first class customer service.
You must hold:
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures)
- C&G Requirements for Electrical Installations 18th Edition
- C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing or equivalent
- A full driving license
We are looking for someone with a positive outlook, who is capable of working on their own initiative and able to prioritise tasks.
You will be available to work shifts between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday and participate within an on call rota in the evening and at the weekend.
In addition to this you may have knowledge of construction related Health, Safety & Welfare legislation.You will have experience of the following: Electrician, Electrical Works, 18th Edition, City and Guilds, C&G, Multi Skilled Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Repairs, Maintenance, Housing Association, Multi Skilled Operative etc.
