As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic and hands-on recruitment process, thriving in a KPI-driven environment.

We are seeking individuals who are not only experienced but are also eager to expand their knowledge, think creatively, and excel under pressure.

Main Duties

Managing temporary staffing and permanent/contract vacancies
Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees)
Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee databases
Attend marketing fairs and clients visits
Work to the Company KPI targets
Screen, interview, assess, takeon and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures
Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings
Liaising with internal and external departments
Advertising vacancies
Able to be on 24/7 emergency call
Carry other duties, required by management
