Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator

Full time permanent role

Mon-Fri office based role

Burgess Hill

Salary £22000 plus great company benefits. Free parking available on-site and nearby - around 15 minute walk from the station.

We are delighted, to once again be working alongside our established, reputable, award winning and expanding client as they seek to recruit a Customer Service / Sales Support administrator to join their friendly teams in Burgess Hill.

This exciting roleis available due to strong company growth levels.

The role:

Responsibilities / duties:

Deliver excellent customer service, presenting the company as a credible and professional organisation

Act as internal first point of contact for customers calling HQ via the telephone

Process orders for parts / supplies

Handle and record incoming enquiries, qualifying and dealing with them as required.

Answering incoming calls and pro-actively contacting customers

Process/raise paperwork for new orders from existing clients and on behalf of the company Account Managers

Maintain relationships with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction

Manage online orders and process one-off enquiries through to order

Responsible for handling any customer concerns and feedback

Skills, experience and competencies required:

Customer Service / office admin background - 6 months plus of experience

Strong organisational skills

Good attention to detail / accuracy

Good analytical & numerical skills

Ability to work in a busy and fun environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan

Good computer skills in Excel, MS Word, Outlook

Ability to build strong customer relations
