Our client are a well established Legal firm based in Oldham, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for Legal Secretaries to join the team.
Description
Duties of the Legal Secretary will be:
- As a Legal Secretary you'll be supporting the legal team working within wills & probate, family law & the crime team
- You'll work with clients both over the telephone and face to face
- Managing records, projects & calendars
- Booking appointments with clients
- Typing up legal documents, including transcribing audio dictation
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Profile
- Audio typing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fastpaced environment
- Strong IT skills
Job Offer
Salary £20,000 - £22,000
