Description
You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy helping policy holders with their claims and queries. It's a rewarding job, knowing that you're providing great customer service to our Membership when they need us most.A full induction will be provided. Some homeworking may be possible after initial training is complete.
About the role:
- You will be responsible for delivering consistently high levels of customer service to our Membership.
- You will handle enquiries and all aspects of a claim within agreed authority levels. You will have excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- You will be expected to develop your own skills further and may be expected to study.
- Providing quality service to all Members
- Handling Member enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
- Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Meeting Members' needs by settling claims fairly and in line with agreed procedures
- Delivering performance in line with our behaviours
- Effectively handling and controlling all aspects of a claim within agreed authority levels
Skills and Experience:
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience of delivering customer service in a fast paced environment
- Ability to understand and interpret policy wording in order to deliver technically sound advice to our Members and third parties
- Flexibility and resilience, managing fastchanging requirements
- Administrative skills
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook
