Description
You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy helping policy holders with their claims and queries. It's a rewarding job, knowing that you're providing great customer service to our Membership when they need us most.

A full induction will be provided. Some homeworking may be possible after initial training is complete.


About the role:

  • You will be responsible for delivering consistently high levels of customer service to our Membership.
  • You will handle enquiries and all aspects of a claim within agreed authority levels. You will have excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • You will be expected to develop your own skills further and may be expected to study.
Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing quality service to all Members
  • Handling Member enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Meeting Members' needs by settling claims fairly and in line with agreed procedures
  • Delivering performance in line with our behaviours
  • Effectively handling and controlling all aspects of a claim within agreed authority levels

Skills and Experience:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience of delivering customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to understand and interpret policy wording in order to deliver technically sound advice to our Members and third parties
  • Flexibility and resilience, managing fastchanging requirements
  • Administrative skills
  • Be a competent user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook
