DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - CONTRACT - LONDON (HEATHORW) - HYBRID

Document Controller

Start ASAP

3-6 months initially
**Hybrid working

  • 1 day onsite in Heathrow required**
    Core Activities
  • Efficient preparation and management of the client and project documents.
  • Administrative activities
  • Adherence to both client and Heathrow document control processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes related to document control and management.
  • Control the versions, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Undertakes document transmittals to the relevant stakeholders and collates responses.
  • Quality management of documents and the document storage systems.
  • Monitor and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other Project personnel.
Experience

  • Has a clear knowledge and experience of previous Document Control responsibilities.
  • Computer literate strong working knowledge of (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and document management systems.
  • Optional; has knowledge of the Heathrow Documentum document management system.
Technical Experience

  • Computer literate strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Has demonstratable experience working with a document control systems and process.
  • Preferably has experience working at Heathrow airport or similar environment.

Qualifications:

Preferably has an IT and business administration qualification.
