DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - CONTRACT - LONDON (HEATHORW) - HYBRID
Document Controller

3-6 months initially
**Hybrid working
- 1 day onsite in Heathrow required**
Core Activities - Efficient preparation and management of the client and project documents.
- Administrative activities
- Adherence to both client and Heathrow document control processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes related to document control and management.
- Control the versions, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.
- Undertakes document transmittals to the relevant stakeholders and collates responses.
- Quality management of documents and the document storage systems.
- Monitor and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
- Communicate and coordinate with other Project personnel.
- Has a clear knowledge and experience of previous Document Control responsibilities.
- Computer literate strong working knowledge of (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and document management systems.
- Optional; has knowledge of the Heathrow Documentum document management system.
- Computer literate strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Has demonstratable experience working with a document control systems and process.
- Preferably has experience working at Heathrow airport or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:
Preferably has an IT and business administration qualification.
