Description
Start Safety is an e-commerce business supplying road traffic and safety related products to the UK and Internationally. We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Customer Services Advisor to join our team based at WR3 8TD.
The Role:
- Investigating and resolving customers' issues
- Processing Customer Returns
- Reissuing of Customer Orders
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Liaising with our Warehouse
- Processing customer refunds / additional payments
- Liaising with logistic companies
- Assisting customers with registration or account creating, if necessary
- Analysing Shipping Invoices
- Managing online reviews
- Assisting with Sales Order processing/sales overflow telephone calls, when necessary
Requirements for the Role:
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Services Advisor experience
- Customer focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good listener
- Ability to remain calm
- Ability to be sympathetic to the customers' needs/resolve all queries
- Prioritising workload
Package:
