This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy who due to growth are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their highly successful team.

My client has an excellent reputation within the market and are looking for a real all roundChartered Building Surveyor.

On offer for the chosen Chartered Building Surveyor is the opportunity to grow within this market leading organisation and progress with their careers.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will need to be MRICS Chartered, have a range of commercial experience, have covered a range of duties, and will ideally come from the private consultancy sector.

Key Duties of a Chartered Building Surveyor Includes:

Knowledge of latest CDM and health and safety legislations
Ensuring all planning, building regulations, party wall and CDM aspects are correctly adhered to
Being able to work confidentially on own, whilst also playing part in a team
The administration and detailing of building contracts including advising on planning submissions, government led grants and boundary disputes.
Dilapidations, Technical due diligence surveys
Design and contract administration of building works and repairs
Project Monitoring
