Business Co-ordinator/Administrator


Reports to:
Branch Manager/Director

Overall purpose of the role


To effectively support the Branch Manager and Temp Controller and take responsibility for the accurate and efficient administration activities of the office.

The post holder must possess an eye for detail, have a professional manner, excellent interpersonalskills and be well organised.


Roles and Responsibilities:
General Administration Responsibilities

  • Posting Job adverts on websites and updating
  • Maintaining stock of all printed forms, documents and Stationery & equipment
  • Facebook adverts and Twitter


  • Marketing

  • E-Newletters
  • Terms and Conditions of Business to Clients
  • AWR Information Requests to Clients
  • Temporary Holiday Requests
  • Updating Temp & Client information on IQX
Temporary Bookings and Timesheets

  • Sending Client Rotas
  • Raise Timesheets
  • Input of completed Timesheets on IQX
  • Entering Temps details and paperwork on IQX
  • Checking Right to work and compliance documentation
  • Assist in filling Temporary bookings
  • Providing full booking information to the temp
  • Payroll processing
  • Cancel /changes on IQX
  • Prepare CV for sending to clients
  • Update & Attached documents on IQX
  • Logging and advertising new roles
  • Work with the Branch Manager and Directors to look for ways to continuously improve the performance of the branch through procedural efficiencies or any other method
Person Specification

  • Ability to cope under pressure and to effectively communicate at all levels both in writing and verbally
  • Competent user of MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
  • Sage would be advantageous
  • Personable and outgoing
  • Thorough eye for detail
  • Good Numerical & Literacy skills
