Role overview:


Advance the People Teams impact by delivering a full HRIS programme across European territories aimed at positioning JD as an employer of choice.


The JD People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the JD brand and maximises colleague experience.


We are looking for an outstanding (end-to-end) Head of HRIS Programme Management, with extensive experience in leading complex, high profile HRIS implementations.

The Heads of HRIS Programme Management, supported by a number of dedicated roles across Europe, will manage the full delivery of a HRIS solution across our European Territories.

A proven track record in the delivery or management of complex international HRIS, a proven Programme Lead or highly experienced PMO role requiring end-to-end ownership delivering executional excellence in a fast-paced international environment is strongly preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop the Programme Plan working closely with the programme team and with the input of?identified key stakeholders.
  • Work alongside the Associate Director setting out their key objectives, KPIS & learning agenda for the programme as well as a relevant time bound development and roll out plans with budget & critical path
  • Ensure Programmes are adaptable to local territories with commercial objectives and sociocultural nuances in mind.? Secure relevant input to shape Programme's success
  • Accountable to ensure Programmes meet agreed KPI's and commercial requirements ?
  • Deliver clear briefs internally and externally in order to ensure Programme alignment and to manage & steering expectation
  • Own Timelines, planning & critical path and ensure they are built into the overall JD change calendar.
  • Deliver ongoing & post programme analyses with clear understanding of ROI measurement and growth opportunities to be integrated into future planning
  • Develop & implement the appropriate process, way of working KPI setting, reviewing and measurements to enhance marketing performance?
  • Lead and manage team to ensure they have the skillset, resources and support needed to deliver in their role
  • Budget Responsibility:? Supported by a financial controller be accountable for active & detailed budget management for all programmes, working closely with brand finance, legal and procurement.
  • Being accountable for the full management or the programme within the scope of project management for assigned programme whether via/with a support team or direct delivery

Skills/Experience Required:


  • Significant and?demonstratable experience in developing, implementing or support HRIS delivery with international capabilities
  • Project/Programme Management experience working with leading consumer brands on a global/regional/international level
  • Ability to influence internal and external partners and crossfunctional teams effectively
  • Able to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast paced environment, able to work under pressure?
  • Eagleeyed attention to detail
  • Proven track record as a selfstarter in a fastpaced and changing environment
  • Solid experience in team & stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical problemsolving skills. Demonstrated organisational, planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including in brief & presentation writing
  • Highly proficient with all relevant computer software MS office, Keynote etc
  • Creative problemsolving mindset with the ability to leverage data to enhance creative solutions
  • Fluent English, additional language skills are desirable?
  • Willing to travel occasionally across Europe & UK and occasionally further afield?
