Credit Controller

Northampton

Monday - Friday full time - Hybrid working 1 or 2 days per week from home

£24k - £26k per annum


I am recruiting for x3 Credit Controllers to join a client of mine in Northampton on a hybrid working pattern (1 or 2 days per week from home).

I am really keen to speak to proactive and engaging individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and developing really strong working relationships with each business client to help ensure effective debt recovery.


Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accounts are paid on time and in full
  • Resolve queries and disputes with customers and link between customer and internal departments
  • Process and organise all administration
  • Open new accounts and setting up credit limits
  • Liaise with external agencies in severe cases to recover debt
  • Work with a variety of currencies mainly pounds and euros
  • Ensure that the databases are kept updated with accurate records
  • Be proactive and inform the customer of any issues or deviations
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Experience desired:

  • Working experience within an Accounts team or Credit Control
  • Some prior Customer Service skills would also be great
  • Can demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbally

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
