Description

Key responsibilities:


  • Raising sales orders and purchase orders
  • Submitting orders for delivery on the warehouse website
  • Uploading pictures to our stock management system
  • Arranging shipments with various shippers from various countries in Europe
  • Liaising with warehouse on receipts, preadvice and bookings
  • Exporting orders to clients worldwide

Experience required:


  • Flexibility, able to work as part of a team as well an on your own.
  • Fast reaction and able to prioritise.
  • Open minded regarding projects and changes.
  • Computer Literate, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable
  • Professional
  • Tolerant and flexible
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently and take personal ownership
  • Efficient and organized with good time management skills
  • Customer focused
- 'Can-do' positive approach

  • Numerate
  • Project management experience preferred but not essential

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
