Key responsibilities:
- Raising sales orders and purchase orders
- Submitting orders for delivery on the warehouse website
- Uploading pictures to our stock management system
- Arranging shipments with various shippers from various countries in Europe
- Liaising with warehouse on receipts, preadvice and bookings
- Exporting orders to clients worldwide
Experience required:
- Flexibility, able to work as part of a team as well an on your own.
- Fast reaction and able to prioritise.
- Open minded regarding projects and changes.
- Computer Literate, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable
- Professional
- Tolerant and flexible
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and take personal ownership
- Efficient and organized with good time management skills
- Customer focused
- Numerate
- Project management experience preferred but not essential
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
