Description
To work with the Head of Finance Operations to accurately map out transactional processes

  • Work closely with the Accounts payable department to understand procedures
  • Work closely with the Accounts receivable team to understand procedures
  • To break down complex financial tasks into stepbystep processes and make sure each task is mapped out, ensuring a smooth flow from start to finish
  • To create concise process maps for the finance team to use moving forwards
  • To improve clarity ensuring ontime completion of tasks, including making payments, following up on invoices and various reconciliations
  • Investigate processes and provide suggestions for improvements to the finance team
