Our client, highly experienced multidisciplinary construction consultancy, are currently searching for a Client Satisfaction Administrator to join their team based in Amersham on a permanent basis.
Description of Role:
Our client is looking for a Client Satisfaction Administrator to join them in their new Amersham office (where they are soon to move to from their current office in Chesham), or Bristol.
The post holder will be tasked with promoting the services of the client and will be aimed at achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Record and Maintain the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Collate Client data and prepare reports as required.
- Prepare marketing material for exhibition and events.
- Post articles on social media.
- Any other reasonable duties to suit your abilities as directed by management.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Excellent communicator with good written skills.
- Professional and enthusiastic.
- Willingness to learn new technology and relevant software packages / competence in using the relevant business systems to suit the job role.
- Proven experience as an administrator or within a customer service role.
- Flexible working hours available
