Key activities / Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with the daytoday maintenance duties of a busy lettings department.
- Instructing maintenance works that requires liaising with both client and contractors.
- Arranging works required for any emergencies that may arise.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in office administration.
- Amiable, with an aptitude for working on your own and supporting others as a small team.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft products and Excel Spreadsheets.
- A good level of literacy, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative.
- Problem solving
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Professional appearance and manner
