Key activities / Responsibilities include:


  • Dealing with the daytoday maintenance duties of a busy lettings department.
  • Instructing maintenance works that requires liaising with both client and contractors.
  • Arranging works required for any emergencies that may arise.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in office administration.
  • Amiable, with an aptitude for working on your own and supporting others as a small team.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft products and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • A good level of literacy, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use your own initiative.
  • Problem solving
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Professional appearance and manner
