Description

Safeguarding Team manager required in our Wider Safeguarding team which primarily works with families where Neglect, CE and parental learning difficulties/disability is impacting on parenting capacity.

The Team manager will be responsible for supportingand supervising a team of 6-8 workers which include a mix of students, ASYE and Qualified social workers with a case load of Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO and Care proceedings.

The Team manager will also be responsible for overseeing duty every 3 weeksand QA/Audit activity for the team.

This is a hybrid position and Team Managers are expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week for team meetings, court etc.
