What we do
We specialise in Home Emergency claims management, fixing everyday breakdowns such as broken boilers, burst pipes and electrical failures.


How we do it
Your days will be varied, however there are some tasks which are as standard, such as:

Taking inbound and making outbound calls, speaking with customers/engineers, in relation to a home emergency claim (we do not cold call; all our customers are expecting our calls and happy to hear from us).

Arranging for our engineers to attend and alleviate the emergency promptly using our in-house claims management system.

Ensuring callouts, repairs and return appointments are progressed as quickly as possible.


What we need from you
A positive and enthusiastic personality is essential.

Good customer service skills are required.

Commitment to always giving 100% in everything you do.

This is a permanent role.

With a starting salary of £11.44 per hour, we aim to get you fully trained within 12-16 weeks of starting with us, once fully trained you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.
