Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Physician Associate to join our Neurology medical team.

Our service provides comprehensive care for Neurology patients from across Greater Manchester andwill work as part of the multidisciplinary team.

The postwill involve the safe and efficient delivery of specialist neurological treatments including monoclonal antibody drugs, intravenous immunoglobulin and immunosuppressive medications.

You will provide expert assistance to the multidisciplinary team in the provision of a high quality, patient centered service.

You are expected to participate in all aspects of the patient pathway as appropriate and will be expected to perform delegated duties with a high degree of clinical skill and knowledge.


To assist with the smooth running of the Neurology Brooke Treatment Unit (BTU) as part of a team consisting of junior, mid-grade and senior doctors, nurses, associated healthcare professionals and managerial staff.

This is a dedicated Neurosciences Investigation and Treatment Unit ward which is responsible for day case investigations and therapeutic interventions including intravenous infusions and nerve blocks for patients with a wide variety of neurological problems.
