Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will manage full caseload of remortgage files from start to finish. You will be responsible for looking after your own administration and telephone calls.

Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Manage a large volume of remortgage instructions per month.
  • Liaise with the client and borrower.
  • Attend to post completion matters
  • Provide assistance to caseworkers
  • Keep all parties including client, introducer and borrower up to date

Profile

As a Customer Service Advisor you will ensure:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role
  • To complete high volume of tasks and be able to balance tasks in an efficient manner
  • Work towards strict deadlines in a demanding environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience of working within a team environment and supporting others.
