Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a
Concierge Security Officer
to join the team, working at a supported living site for the homeless and vulnerable adults in the Romford area.**
Where:Working between 2 sites in the Romford area - RM3 postcodes**
When: We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Salary:
£11.95 per hour

Hours:
On average 24 hours per week.
Various 12 & 12.5 hour Day, Night & Weekend shifts as per site rota, Monday - Sunday 20.30 pm am & 09.00 am pm.

About the role:

To act as first point of contact for residents and visitors
Signing visitors in/out of building
Ensuring the security of residents and the site is maintained by completing patrols, monitoring CCTV and completing notes as required.
Completing visual inspections of the property and ensure health and safety requirements and fire procedures are maintained and followed
To report any out of hours emergency repairs
Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
Complete incident reports if required
Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor

About you:

Excellent communication & customer service skills
Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
A valid
SIA licence /
Full UK manual driving licence
A full fiveyear checkable employment history
An
enhanced DBS check will be required to be undertaken for this role
