The job involves reviewing and coordinating customer and internal concerns and complaints according to customer and AIAG requirements. The role also includes managing containment and stock at customers,
Bulten transit etc., managing customer-specific requirements cascading it down to business supports sales organization quality matters
- Quality Control for non-conforming product & service – raising tracking concerns on factories (Bulten Trading) sub-suppliers raised claims ability travel Bulten Plants Customer Supplier Locations Europe required.
- Corrective Preventive actions – raising issuing 8D/5Y reports similar dependent customer requirements.
