Overview:

Location:
Bristol
You will play a key role in evolving the creative direction of our brand and marketing materials.

You will manage design projects and oversee our more junior designers and freelancers to ensure high-quality work across all media/platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

Role overview:

Produce high quality design concepts, layouts graphics and animations and provide guidance and inspiration to our team of graphic designers
Take ownership of design projects for key marketing initiatives
Have the knowledge and experience necessary to challenge and, where appropriate, to work beyond the brief to produce a design with greater functionality or improved user flow
Present potential design solutions alongside the biggest challenges
Negotiate deadlines based on realistic timescales with an eye as to how this task will fit into the wider project
Challenge and evolve the ways in which we present our brand and marketing materials
Be up to date on design trends and best practices to ensure that your designs are innovative and effective

Key Responsibilities

Sector marketing materials
Marketing campaign design projects from concept to delivery
Branded Adobe templates and design for MS Office
Event design concepts and materials
Design for a variety of digital platforms
Digital asset management for brand and campaign assets

Experience and Skills Required:

Required Software Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects, and Premiere Pro beneficial)
Video and animation skills (beneficial)
Excellent communication and teamwork
Ability to adapt and learn new platforms and skills required for the role

Required Experience and Qualifications

Design related degree or equivalent.
Experience working as part of an inhouse creative team or agency design team role at senior level (or looking to take the next step from midweight)
