Age UK Bolton is looking for an Information and Advice Officer to support older people in Bolton through the cost of living crisis by helping them claim benefits they may be entitled to and help with their energy bills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Information and Advice service as it grows to meet the needs of older people.

This role is part of a joint project with Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB) Bury & Bolton and AUK Bury providing energy-related advice to those vulnerable to fuel poverty to support them to be able to keep warm and well at home.

Previous experience of benefits advice and form completion or working in the energy industry would be an advantage.

Contract length: 19 months

£23,740.00 per year
