An SME Life Sciences business based in St Ives is on course to double turnover in the next 3 years.

To help drive this growth they are looking for an SME Finance Manager to join their business, driving commercial growth while introducing process and controls.

You Will Get

  • You'll get a salary up to £50K depending on your experience and qualifications.

  • Report directly to the Managing Director and help drive a business commercially.

The role

  • Sitting as part of an experienced leadership team, you will lead on all operational finance activities and strategic initiatives.
  • You'll take control of a competent and stable finance team that will require commercial leadership through the day to day running of their production sites.
  • Taking an operational lead to partner the Managing Director, you will maintain a robust process and control framework, and your responsibilities involve everything from strategic and operation leadership, through to the oversight of management and financialreporting.
About you

  • You will have a sound technical accounting knowledge from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification.
  • Experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process as well as demonstrating your operational exposure of working at various manufacturing facilities and product production.
